Rental Property Gross Yield 多少才值得投资?

如果要买一间屋子收租赚钱,你觉得多少的回酬率(Gross Yield)才值得投资呢?

我会以8%为基准。简单来说,只要估计有8%回酬率或以上的屋子,并且地点合适,不离我居住的地方太远,我都会买!这样会比较方便我打理。


Rental Income Gross Yield = [租金 x 12个月] / 屋价

例子:
假设A先生买了一间RM90,000的屋子,再把屋子租给B先生,每个月收取RM600的租金。

Gross Yield    
= [RM600 x 12] / RM90,000
= 8%
